They actually arent good players. They are severely overated. Naughton is so average, ugle still isnt there, weightman is bang average, who else is their fwd guns which makes this list so good? Who are their gun backmen? They have NONE.

English, Bont, Macrae, Libba, Naughton, Ugle Hagan, Darcy, Dale, Daniel, Jones, Weightman, Treloar… more than enough above average to elite players on the list to push for a flag each year. Bevo has to go

Scary seeing players suddenly faint like that during a game. Had it during juniors one time. An opposition player's heart stopped as he was running to the interchange bench in the last quarter. The whole game got halted and in the end, didn't continue. He was revived and was fine later on, but the intensity of the moment, with the screaming from the coach holding this kid's dangling body, is something I'll never forget.

Essendon supporter i think we played good but there needs to be changes at the dogs, the simple one would be naughton to backline and bring back lobb who can 2nd ruck to chop out english. keep darcy foward the whole game and jamarah has the best hands let him be the first target not naughton.

if dogs get pumped next week, bevo is done. dogs couldn’t afford to pay his contract out in full last year but if they sack him this year they only need to pay him out for 6 months

Only took 2 seasons of no finals for Saints to sack Ratten. And he had to work with probably a more average list than Bev has at his disposal. WB might send him packing before the season is out.

he shouldnt have been subbed off. although he wasnt playing a great game, he was on par with players like cody weightman. plus, subbing him off is twice will have destroyed his confidence. get rid of someone like vandameer. he doesnt do anything

Is it Beveridges fault when Weightman and Treloar kick like that? Also games are won and lost at the centre bounce. We got towelled up by a 36 year old ruckman

I think the thing that's most frustrating for people who aren't in the media that listen to Kane, is it's all good and well for him to change how views towards Sam Mitchell "because new information has come out" but he will constantly say in 2024, that the Western Bulldogs board in 2023 who said they had a top 4 list, still believe that. Why is it ok for you to change your views when new information, but you aren't allowing others the same luxury?

One of the best lists in the comp, beaten by a mediocre team.. happens ALL the time, afl is owned by betting companies, there will always be players pr teams that throw the match to make them as much as possible. Everyone laughed at mlb and basketball being rigged until it was proven it was... if theres millions of dollars on the line, theres going to be control

The Dogs list is talented but the midfield is ageing, their defence is not great besides Jones and Bont though he is a great player is not captain material, he is too nice. The team lacks that hard edge, killer instinct, ruthlessness or whatever else you want to call it.

bulldogs are a 9th to 12th team, korns has been after beverage for 18 months now, he must owe him money or something. beverage isnt the coach for the doggies anymore i agree, but a new coach wont get them into the finals, ordinary lineup.

Bulldogs are miles off! Too many attacking backmen who can’t defend to save themselves! They don’t kick to their forwards well and they don’t hit up as well as they should, always running into each other etc etc. No crumbers in forward half as their two small forwards think they’re 6’ 4” and play like it getting in the way and spoiling their big men bringing their opponents over to contests etc. oh and their ruckman is soft, always has been! Some of this is Beverage’s fault as it seems they’re not being educated well enough or coaches can’t see these deficiencies or they’re just not listening so either way probably time to move him on..

@mulletsloth69 Its hard to tell whether its the chicken or the egg but naughton never seems to be free. On the lead or open space. I think he has zero forward craft. Even classy players like bont kicking i50 it always seems constantly clogged when a player of his calibre should hit a target 9/10 times if hes in spacd when he delivers.

I though he was about to “die suddenly” like the 7-reporter did. Though the 7-reporter probably pushed the Ju jabs. Plenty of others have died suddenly on the sports field since. And yes it’s killed millions plus cancer, myocarditis the list is endless. All supplied and run by 🇮🇱.
