Today's video is in Kaneohe featuring Pan's Kitchen. They have lots of different plate lunch options for a reasonable price. They are also open early for breakfast and if you're craving lunch early, they will make you the lunch items at any time of the day.

Hi Samantha! Thank you! Yes the sun can not be forgiving when you're older. I suspect I have basal cell carcinoma in my hairline behind my neck from years working in the sun. Gotta protect the body from the UV rays for sure.

Aloha Misty! We love plate lunches and these two looked absolutely delicious. Top it with some good gravy and call it a day!! Watching the B-roll we knew we were going to be adding it to our never ending list. Mahalo as always for taking us along and we miss the Ko’olau mountains so this was a bonus to watch!! Haha Misty those birds are really not afraid of humans at the Gardens. And I've only went to Pan's for breakfast since they advertise it as cheap outside but good to know they serve breakfast and lunch anytime. I'll def check out the hamburger steak plate. And if ppl find your glasses bothersome.. oh gosh.. sound like I would have to tiptoe around them with how I dress and talk. Lol! Long time no comment. Lol I've been in Germany and Switzerland again. Cold, rainy, and people were still skiing. Had alot of great beer. Went to Brandenburg gate and drank beer in Berlin.

Hey, heading towards 10k…chee hoo🤙🏼. I like your sunglasses. Nice ones! I never been to Pan’s, yet. I been wanting to check out Island Patty’s up the road that you filmed, but I keep passing by too early or too late. One day. Pan’s plates look darn good and it’s in my hood. Gonna have to check out their menu. And I love going to Ho’omaluhia and taking in the view of the Ko’olaus. Until that view starts including ppl. LOL. We must be related 😂. Hi sista. Kaneohe, my wife's stomping grounds. She lived on Anoi road. Debbie was born and raised there. The pork chop looks so ono, makes my mouth water. Loco moco looks ono also. The more onions & gravy the better. I'm an introvert myself. I don't like crowds. Debbie is the social butterfly. Take care honey, God bless you and your son.

Protect your eyes! To be honest, I'm more focused on the food (looks so yummy!) and the beautiful Koolau in back of you. I will have to venture out there some day and try Pan's Kitchen. >^.^

Question...you said you had your son's birthday there.Did you need a permit to make the party there?

Yes. Just go speak to someone in the office. The building by the lake and give them the date and pay for the permit. We had it right there near the office in the grassy area. Had a couple picnic benches. We were able to set up pop up tents and bbq. And they have fishing poles to the kids to borrow for the lake. Catch and release fishing. This was 9 years ago though. You can still camp there on weekends if you buy a camping permit. At the end of the road are the camp sites with bathrooms, showers and fire pits.

What a beautiful backdrop of the Koolau’s. Misty, the red T-shirt is complementary on you! To the person saying they’re annoyed by your sunglasses...What’s a matta, eh. The sun rays at that latitude is very UV strong and super bright. We only got one set of eyeballs. I love this kind of ono grinds with da gravy bomb! Lots of good places in Kaneohe. “Bruddah, beat it!” 😂😂😂 🐦

You can also camp there on the weekends. It is gorgeous because once everyone leaves they close the gate and it's so peaceful!
