Netflix anime english subtitle Hatsumi VS Fang, Hatsumi ask Ohma to warm up before fight. Kanoh beat Hatsumi and broke his finger, Kanoh enters semi final and fight Kuroki Gensai. #kurokigensai #kenganashura #ohmatokita
4:03 to 4:08 is superb stuff. Hatsumi’s movement is excellent. I know Kanoh beat him quickly, but Kanoh had to beat him quickly. Hatsumi style is very manipulative: he basically leads the fight like a dance, guiding his opponent to where he wants. He trapped Kanoh and forced him to use a move that Kanoh would have rather not used until Kuroki or Ohma. Kuroki seeing the One-Inch Punch here is a big reason he later beat Kanoh. It’s like how Waka was mad that Julius forced him to use Blast Core.
It’s 100% a great hypeman voice but it doesn’t match the animation too well. Sayaka has a more reserved face and body language that the “metal voice” doesn’t really blend with. Personally I feel like the English dub voice actress matches up better with the character’s mannerisms.
@@MereImitation I mean good for you but she is not hyping me up, va say Aka got me screaming, the genociderrrrrrr , in the dub it’s aight but I don’t feel like screaming with her
The fact that agito, who is well known for toying with people, had to lock in from the start, really shows that Hatsumi could have beating him no problem
Use that as motivation to get strong as that person. I used to box against a guy who gave people concussions by accident. I ended up training like him and getting to that level myself after 3 years
Sen when he’s in the Zone was such a threat Kanoh dropped the Dragon Shot. Then he dominated Sen because Sen was taken all the way out of the zone but damn he was dangerous for a moment.
@@Groomsman Aikido is more of a defensive technique and attacking the arms as well as holds and throws are the most common practice. Aikido also teaches fewer leg techniques, so yes Aikido has some weak points but it is very suitable for defense.
surprised to not see more comments on this, i was waiting for the one bs thing agito would pull up when watching this for the first time and it was "The Ancient Finger Breaking Technique" outta nowhere I thought it was hilarious seeing it
I don't really care what the explanation is, the writers should not have made Sen go out like this. All that build up just to show off how strong fang is. Disappointing. Not saying he should have beaten him, but for him to be toyed with and destroyed like this? Nope.
I’d say it’s like this 1) Kuroki Gensai 2) Kanoh Agito (Bro is above most people here with Pre-Initiative, Formless allowing him to compile a style drawn from his repertoire of moves specifically to counter your’s, and he’s one of, if not the best all-rounder in the series with Martial Arts, and he hits like a truck, not to mention he has the ability to literally evolve and adapt to his opponents, even taking their movesets and traits as part of his strategies and techniques he can use. Even Kuroki recognized him as an equal. He’s beating Raian with Formless alone via making a style that beats his brute force, and he can do the same with Pre-Initiative and his Martial Arts.) 3) Ohma Tokita 4) Wakatsuki Takeshi (I almost think it’s interchangeable due to Waka’s extreme physiology, with Ohma’s Water Kata and Demonsbane being his only options and yet not guaranteed to land; he also has surprising speed and GREAT battle IQ, assisted by his experience as one of, if not the longest standing veteran fighter in the Kengan Association, and he shows this by playing Muteba Gizinga of all people like a fiddle their entire fight, and Muteba is extremely shrewd and adaptable.) 4) Kure Raian (Bro is physically the most oppressive force besides Wakatsuki and Julius, and has surprising technicality on top of really great battle IQ. He’s mostly held back by his pride and refusal to use Kure techniques. His durability is absurd, and Ohma’s Ironbreakers literally did NO damage; Gaolang is not getting past him once he cranks Removal.) 5) Kiryu Setsuna (He is mad underrated, and is not only insanely creative and versatile with his moveset, able to concoct new move combinations on the spot, many of which combos with the Niko Style, but he is also narratively on par with Ohma. He has a one-hit KO/kill technique in Rakshasa’s Palm and he WILL get the jump on you eventually. I don’t see many people in the KAT beating him.)
This is absurd, They made it looks like Hatsumi is very weak, It is not nice at all. How he break is finger? we didn't even see Hatsumi speed... The Floating Cloud, serious! No sense.
Wait, wait, wait... THE NEW SEASON IS OUT?! Holy FUCKING shit! I looked and it said "3 Seasons"; which I thought was Season 1 Part 1, Season 1 Part 2 and Season 2 Part 1. But I guess... uh... how the fuck are we counting now?
That's crazy considering Kanoh had to utilize an entirely new strategy and technique to defeat Sen. If Kanoh went with formless he'd have been cooked, it's why he was told to not use it this fight.
Another fight failed bc if you remember when ohma activate that power not was even 50% from hatumi speed...and to be serios with that power activated noone in this anime cant be faster than ohma ..but hatumi was and now was so slow...wtf he dont haved time to make a good fight for him and he did something fast like 1 min fight bc no was that important ...you are blind to see that but i see 2 times all series and this hatumi was the best in this serios but now they make him to lock like nothing..if someone see baki vs ashura when hatumi take oliva very easy like a chicken and oliva to be serios was top 2 in baki..so stupid who did this series but hatumi vs ohma have to be the last fight...ohma after recover was in another lvl and hatumi in max was better that everyone and what they say we put kuroky in final bc have 120 years old and he know everything..failed series and i liked before
You are not taking into account that Hatsumi's speed was only roughly comparable to a restricted Ohma with amnesia whose true strength has been suppressed by Niko, and that very same Ohma would also get obliterated by a serious Agito Kanoh. When Ohma woke up after his fight with Raien he regained his memories simultaneously his true strength hence why he could overwhelm Kiryu who speed blitzed him in their first encounter. Besides, you are missing one crucial thing; Agito was serious against Hatsumi instead of playing with him by using the same style against because he knew about Hatsumi's insta kill techniques. Hatsumi was prepared against a completely different Agito, as you can tell by his expression. It's not a failed fight if you paid a little attention to the Manga.
Hatsumi is the most overrated one so far, the guy has no idea who he is facing, he nerfed , got confused and gave up once his move failed, he was nearly in his peak health lol
Protagonism win... By far the worst fight in the anime, until then Kengam was my favorite anime. Until I saw this ridiculous fight, the most meaningless fight in the anime, a former prisoner, with the aikido style, which is one of the strongest in the anime, getting crushed, it makes no sense at all. For me the author really screwed up this fight
Sen Hatsumi ended up like all Aikido masters in real life, a fraud. From the beginning all the characters praise him as a great master, even though he was very lazy and egocentric, that's not how it works. I like that he ended up like the fake he was.
@@Real_Sangpuia You misunderstood me, this fight was supposed to be Gaolang vs Agito level (minimum), the guy brags and shows that he "has supreme speed" hence the codename "Cloud", in addition to having the aikido style until then deified by the anime as the "strongest style", my opinion is based on this fight, which didn't have any, it was simply a run over, and Sen showed absolutely nothing. The weak as hell Okubo showed more than Sen. Only an extreme fanboy, or someone who watched the anime with their eyes closed, would disagree.
@@_adamfernando Yes I do agree with that considering the feats of Hatsumi like defeating the likes of Wakatsuki and having no "real" loss, yes he could do better. However Agito is constantly evolving and in this match he pretty much is in the zone and focused af from the start with no reckless moves and no intention to prove his superiority, , just focusing on defeating him with the best means possible, he knew that one wrong move could've him ended possibly by Hatsumi. Also let's not forget that at this point Agito is superior to all the fighters except the Almighty Beard himself, which was an intense and technical fight and where experience played a huge factor. Well even Hatsumi despise himself because of his performance here. Anyway I really do like the fight. By the way Okubo ve Agito looks more intense because the Fang allowed him to, if Agito was focused like this then pretty sure he'll end Okubo in less than a couple of minutes.
@@adriandelacruz3067 no he was actually a threat to kanoh it' just that because hatsumi only goes for instakill like attacks and kanoh does striking the fight looks more onesided than it actually was. Hatsumi only needed to hit one of his finishers while kanoh chipped him down.
It came down to more Fang’s approach than his opponent’s raw power. If Agito approached this fight the same way he did Kaolan’s, by trying to outdo him in his own realm of combat, he would have lost. That’s why Metsudo’s other men were like “Wow Fang, it’s a good thing you’re actually taking this seriously”
@@danielbarr1377 But I think u miss something that kaolan is a different beast man he stands on the pinnacle of all the strikers!if u remember agito only tried to box him in the first exchange of the fight which resulted to kaolon being the man with upper hand as he outsroke him obviously so agito changed to his normal fight style which is formless/mma and also really had a hard time defeating him to the extent that he almost lost and definitely was afraid from him . Even the fang himself stated that he was the most powerful opponent he have ever faced . In my opinion Kaolon was top 5 in this tournament and top 10 in the whole kengan universe!
He was trying to “toy” with Kaolan by trying to beat him at his own game (striking) and nearly lost because of it. Once Kano stopped fucking around he ended quickly. Which is what he’s doing here cuz he knows Hatsumi is big enough threat to where one slip up could cost him. Kano is all about learning and adapting. And his fight with Kaolan taught him that the other fighters are no fuckn joke and are more than capable of defeating him if he gets caught slipping
How did sen hatsumi lose tho ? He defeated bando with his speed is should be able to get lose to Kanoh ,or dislocated his arm just like he did to Bando . He completely forgot every of those attacks .
They repeatedly warned us that Hatsumi is a horribly inconsistent fighter, who's either unbeatable or a chump depending on how he woke up that day. But Bando isn't Agito either.
As Nogi himself noted, even an average fighter can give Hatsumi a run for his money if he's not in top shape. To top it off, Agito evolved by fighting the strongest normal fighter and the boxing heavyweight champion.
Hatsumi’s style hard counters Agitos which is why he didn’t fight using formless, which is what hatsumi had planned for, on top of that agito used the dragon shot(1 inch punch) for the first time in this match which up till now was a secret. I know this because I’ve read the manga.
Agito was very serious from the start and just like the other dude said he did not use for less. The one inch punch was a deciding move this match because it was fast and unpredictable and hatsumi didn't know it. Hatsumi would've cooked Agito Formless
I still think Hatsumi beats Gaolan. Kanoh limited himself to only boxing when fighting Gaolan and the fight ended quick when he used all his moves. But here he went full force from the start cos he couldn't afford to. Hatsumi is just that good. Tho fights aren't that simple and Gaolan could win against Hatsumi, but 7/10 times Hatsumi would take him out.
Hatsumi is also such a technical fighter. He can control the direction of a fight from the start and guide his opponent into his web. That’s why Kanoh didn’t mess around with him. He’s not the type you toy with. End it quick or he’ll win.
