Can I use parchment paper and aluminum foil instead of banana leaves?

Did you cut those banana leaves into a circle? If so what was ur diameter?

My filling hardened like candy when it cooled and my dough was really sticky and I am about to wrap them in the leaves but I've never done it before. I'm scared lol
