I loved watching your video and getting to experience the new Osaka Kansai International Airport restaurants area through your eyes! It's always exciting to see and try new things while traveling, and your video gave me some great ideas for places to eat and things to do if I ever find myself at that airport. It's also interesting to compare the experience of flying with a low-cost carrier like Jetstar versus taking the Shinkansen. We had breakfast there last November when we stayed at the airport hotel. The food was really good! The kimpira Gobo was my favorite. We had Kamakura Ramen when we departed. You know what's unreal? The Kamakura Ramen in Hawaii cost three times as much!!! Really crazy! By the way I love your hair! Keep Walking Rion!
The airport meal looked so good!.....For the moving paths similar to escalators I've usually heard them be called "moving sidewalks" or "people movers" haha. Also, I may have screamed when you ate the kit kat like that. 😱
I normally tie a piece of cloth in the handle of my check in luggage. If we are family...we have the same cloth tied to our luggages...easier to find them in the conveyor

I just came back from Kansai airport. International arrival is a PAIN to go thru😢 took me 2.5 hrs just to get outside. Hopefully with the removal of the valid vaccination certificate requirements, immigration will be easier to go thru now
You went when every other person around the world is hogging over getting into Japan. Am gonna give another year or two before planning re-visiting Japan again.
I choose to fly ANA from KIX to HND instead of LCC as Haneda airport is much nearer to Tokyo. There is also Starflyer but I was unable to checkout hence I chose ANA USD$80+ one way.
Airplane cheaper, and more fun, but bad for the environment compared to the shinkansen.. we just visited from Australia and on our first day used shinkansen from Tokyo to Osaka, did universal, and it was great. The trains are amazing, but yes, expensive?
Those airport food prices are not that bad. I live in California and to eat at a fast food place is like $9-$14. Last time I was at the airport I got a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink...it was like $24. yikes
Try going to other prefecture and maybe showcase other picturesque spots in Japan. Been a follower since you started and your videos now seems too repetitive. 😢
@@kelvinwong4734 "He only travels to local places"? Lol! He always shows places where most tourists go. His videos in Tokyo are usually in Asakusa, Akihabara, Ueno, Shibuya, Shinjuku. In Osaka it is usually Dotonbori, Shinsekai, Universal studios. I miss the pre-pandemic Rion where he shows the unheard places of Osaka/Kansai.

Kansai International Airport is one of Japan's most important international airports 😉👍! It is no problem to find a place to eat, drink, shop, and rest 🍽️🍺🛍️🦦! 1,200JPY is indeed a bit expensive but look at this plate of chicken & potato teriyaki is delicious 😋, deep fried eggplant with rice to eat meccha oishiii 🍚😋, 10:33 umeboshi plum ~suppai😖~🤦🏻♀️!
