My brother, my son and I saw Kansas in concert in Feb 2020, right before Covid hit. My brother passed in April 2020 and my last memory is singing along at this concert with him after 4 decades of sharing a love of Kansas. Carry on, my dear brother, carry on.

I recall living in the dorms in '85 during "dead week". It was supposed to be quiet all week for study. A friend of ours didn't make it through freshman year. Too much dope too little study so he was heading home to regroup. I was up in the third floor of our building and his parent had backed their car up to get his stuff. As he was just getting ready to go, saying goodbyes, I turned my massive Marantz speakers out the window, put on the vinyl and turned this song up to 11!! I believe the RA had enough sense to see what was going on and let it play. I'll never forget the look on Mike's face as this song filled the air and every dorm in the canyon could here this masterclass of a song.

Everytime I listen to this song, it reminds me of my old memories of watching SUPERNATURAL as a kid.

I see all the nice comments about this song and the great personal memories associated with it. I am 65 now and appreciate the song's lyrics even more than I did in my twenties. We all must Carry On for life doesn't wait on us. For our loved ones who have passed on, we too will follow on the same journey. It's important to spread love and what is good to one another, for we never know our time is at hand. God Bless.

When my mother was dying she told me to" Carry on my son. I will see you again in Christ. Be a good man and be strong" I'm pretty sure she never heard this song but I can never hear it and not think of her.

14 years old sick in bed dad brings me in a copy of leftoverture. He passed a year-and-a-half later from pancreatic cancer. This wayward son is still carrying on.

She went with me to see other shows there...Ted Nugent, AC/DC, Chicago, Tom Petty and more. We have been married for almost 39 years and she says her only regret is not going with me to see Kansas. I just smile.

I once dated a redhead some 30 years ago who really was, well, she was very hairy down there.
