Agree with you. Kareem said when the Chiefs called him after Pop got hurt he was yelling at his loudest when he found out he was coming home. He told Andy when he first saw him that he would not regret bringing him back.

Yeah and they were still only up 16-14. They’re winning which great but they don’t look great while doing it. They look like how the Eagles did last year. They were winning but they weren’t playing that great then later in the season it caught up with them

Inconsist play is what hurt the Eagles last year and it very well could with the Eagles plus the Chiefs have injuries, the Eagles didn’t have so that’s going to impact them as well moving forward because more players get hurt as the season goes along not the opposite
Chiefs defense has become top tier since last year under Spags and Chris Jones that the offense can play C- football in September, October and still be (5-0). defense & run game allows Mahomes & Reid to be conservative in September & October, build the pass game offense w new WR's each year and save their best plays & peak performance for the playoffs like last year!! Defense & Mahomes is a terrifying combination. It feels inevitable w Kansas City.

The scary part is this. Mahomes has been mediocre at best and yet it doesn't matter. The defense is so good that if the offense can figure out how to just be better in the red zone then the team will be unstoppable.

This is a completely different team if anything they look worst than last year. They’ve been fortunate to win but they don’t look good offensively at all plus they’re hit with the injury bug as well. Good for the Chiefs they’ve been able to win but you can’t play this inconsistently and think this is going to bode well going forward. Everyone said the same thing last year when the Eagles beat the Chiefs, Eagles weren’t playing good ball but were still winning. Eventually their inconsistent play caught up to them and they dropped 6 of their last 7 games.

Besides having the same haircut as Bucky from Fat Albert, Foxworth foolishly acts like the Chiefs are getting easy wins off of tomato cans. Nobody has played a tougher schedule thus far in the season than the Chiefs. No teams have played more games in the last 5 years than the Chiefs. Add up all those games and the Chiefs have probably played an entire season more than the non- playoff teams in the last 5 years. Not to mention that playing the Chiefs is every teams Super Bowl, so you get their best effort. It ain't easy being the best! Could your team handle it?

great performance from my chiefs but still not playing as elite as they should. Dominating TOP and yardage but only being 2-7 in the RZ, gotta get that fixed. This game should've been a blow out from a stats perspective but TO and RZ inefficiency gives teams opportunities to still be in games.

The issue with the Chiefs is that even when the game is close, they ALWAYS find a way to win. You just know they're gonna close it out. That's more impressive than blowing teams out every week imo.

Even as a Ravens fan, the Chiefs are still the best team in football AND the team to beat until proven otherwise. And its no knock against us or Minnesota, or Detroit, or Houston, but when a team like the Chiefs has won back to back Super Bowls, and starts the year 5-0 no matter how uneasy it looks, you still have to give them the nod.

Im glad the chiefs are undefeated but i just see issues despite the stats and wins because Mahomes just doesn't look the same right now. Kelce doesn't look the same, there are key people out, that right tackle is an issue with penalties etc. Mahomes was doing way too much running around which is what happens when people aren't being blocked. The literal difference between Mahomes being a 3 time champ and 4 time champ is that offensive line.
These are the kinds of cakes that bother me and it makes me wonder if these analysts have ever actually watched a football game. The Chiefs looked the best they have looked all season and they played 4 tight ends most of the game because they only have like four healthy receivers. They put up almost 500 yd of offense playinh the backups to the backups at skill positions. That is why this team is incredibly scary especially if they get healthy late in the year.
