Looking into CA voter fraud is a pointless excercise. On the presidential level it is a safe blue state. There is no point in voter fraud for that. In fact, we see Democrats actually curbing voting by Democrats sometimes so that they can retain control of the party for the rich donors. In other elections there really isn't much need for voter fraud either since they have jungle primaries and the top 2 vote getters advance to the general election. There usually isn't even a Republican in the general election. In the primary it depends on the district but most districts the Republican barely gets any votes. If there is lots of voter fraud then surely red states could present it. Instead they usually don't bother to present any evidence or when they do they only present a few cases which pale when compared to the people that are potentially disenfranchised. Why does the state not help legal citizens get ids easily? That is a great question and would take the wind out of Democrat objections but when Republican lawmakers are asked that under oath they can't seem to answer. It's obvious both sides are cheating. Illegals actually benefit republicans too because they are counted in the census and affect apportionment. eg. Red states with high numbers of illegals will get more electoral votes or representation in the House - those are finite and what they get are taken from other states.

As a green card holder, you have to wait 5 years until you can apply for citizenship. That is what she did. She came to the US in 2001 and in 2007 she applied. Her application was denied because she voted and the whole process that led to her deportation took 10 years. You need to read the law before say anything about immigration.

There are plenty of countries where voting is allowed without being a citizen. In most case, you need to prove permanent residency (not a vacation home), and you must pay your property taxes (in other words, no rentals. The clerk at the DMV... who should KNOW not to ask someone who gave a green card whether they want to register to vote... led her to believe that she could register to vote. One of said facts is that the clerk did, indeed, ask her if she wanted to register to vote. This is not disputed. I would post a link for you, but RU-vid doesn't like that.
