Dude I love Cam and how he gave Mase props that makes him a real one to me. Cuz they go at each others throats but he wasnt afraid to give him his due respect
That’s the point it’s a conversation it’s not a interview this is a conversation show they all sit there and shoot the shit yea I mean they could of let him talk a little more but I mean yea it’s a conversation whoever wants to talk can talk for one for two cameron didn’t feel like talking all that much he was there to do a pick or choose list and talk a little bit
Oh yeah u gotta u gotta be at least 40 to remember that b lol. I was in a clue tape the b side. Same mixtape that had a firm remix song with more, nature, Mary j Blige and some chick name femme fatale.classic shit
@@jnocapmac4783 when it comes to music, for some reason I can remember what I heard and when I heard it, plus those years, clue and lazy k was the only djs I was messing with. And if I’m not mistaken the clue tape was red
Two Cents I have been a huge fan of Nas since i was 16 years old of 1996 & i always bought Jay's albums- both of the brothers Nas & Jay as Cam said are superior great lyricists.
Kanye bigged up Cam on his 1st album! He said if it don't go well, all we have to do is throw Cam on every song to save da project! Cam was my fav rapper at da time so I def agreed! 😂
Nore don’t remember Cam had a drinking problem back in the day which caused him to have kidney issues that almost cost him his life. He said it had gotten so bad that he was having Alize with his breakfast.
Anyone that does some research on their guests should know. How can fans know but not a fellow artist that broke bread with him? More people should go on there not drink
As he should! Foxy & Kim are still #1 and #2 in my book. Like Foxy said, Kim was that one artist that kept her on her toes back in the day. The haters really be trying to discredit Kim.
Why you hating my g @@gking5994 and it's _52_ to be exact.. You ain't ever heard *Drunken Master* _50 niggaz deep!?_ It shouldn't be about the numbers anyway. They say *Jesus* only had _12 disciples. ☝🏽_
He def went crazy in the late 90s and early 2000s. But he ain't greatest of all time. In my opinion, if he had kept rapping and putting music out consistently, he was most def on his way to the top. But I gotta give it to Jayz, Nas, Big, Pac, Em, and right now it had to be Drake bc he sells albums regardless of what comes out his mouth
@@itchin4scratches That's an overblown criticism from people just looking for more mainstream sounding beats. Illmatic It Was Written Stillmatic Lost Tapes a lot of God's son good portion of Hip Hop is Dead, Life is good, and the production on KD1,,2 and Magic is all great
You're right @@VENGEFULHEXX *Eminem* was the second manufactured white rapper, to infiltrate the black music market, after *Vanilla Ice* that is. Noone took him seriously, until *Dr. Dre* (hit it) and made him a superstar. Anyone will _billions_ of dollars behind them, is bound to have the most commercial traction around. They only allowed this, because at the time *Em* came out, rap was deemed as _"bad/gangster"_ music; everybody knew that if they had a _"hot"_ white rapper, whether it looks bad or not, all the rebel white folks would follow. And that's where his numbers came from, as it wasn't us that voted for him, we just watched and followed suit. *Eminem lyrically, is wack af!* Now who's touching *Killa Cam* in a freestyle again?
*Huh!?* @@VENGEFULHEXX how is talking about the same rapper you're talking about, irrelevant and/or unrelated to the topic? Your omission to answer my question: "who's a better freestyler than Cam'ron?", says it all player. I bet you listen to Lil' Nas X too.. 😆
No foo @@VENGEFULHEXX i started with talent, by asking who's hotter than *Cam* and you brought up talentless *Eminem* and have yet to bring up any other emcee to the table. So you get what you give.. 🤷🏾♂️
Cam is Harlem, Jay is Brooklyn, Nas is Queens. Their persona/personalities reflect where they were raised. They all NYC, but all different at the same time.
Facts 🎯 her catalogue too strong for any female rapper fr, its chicks with bigger numbers than her fasho but still don't have the MUSICAL impact of her, grown gangstas hit they feet and rap along to her lyrics when she hit the stage no other chick really get the same response on stage like she do 💯
Once a month Cameron needs to come on and they need to let the audience send in questions. This could be a way for the hosts to get a taste of their own medicine but also, a way of supporting those who like the show but do not drink. This might help people be a little more comfortable with being around those who drink but aren't drinkers themselves and may certainly help to counter the pressure of feeling like you may have to drink or smoke, when you are around people who drink or smoke. This episode is helping people. Blessings to Cam'ron. *Even though I did not like the character tha he played in "Paid In FUll"* The man can really act. 👏
I have such a different view point on Cam'ron. He spoke with conviction and gave a good account on what happened with Rocafella records. He is poised and I have a renewed respect for Cam...street smarts mixed with intellect.
Shiddd Bang Bang not on the same level as Quiet Storm bruh lbda Bang Bang was good for a season, Quiet Storm a timeless SMASH that's still bein played and performed and its not even Kim song lmao her version a remix and became one of the most iconic female rap songs ever 💯
