Zacharyq Jordan you need weights to build muscle and certain machines to build specific muscles that you want to target. You can definitely loose weight, and build muscle with your own body weight and if you have some at-home weights then you can use those too, but I don’t think it would be as effective as going to the gym, I wish it was, I hate going to the gym because of my social anxiety, doesn’t help to be an introvert (I like staying inside), I mean you can definitely get somewhere at home, but not her type of “fitness” body level. With just muscle and 0% fat 😂🤣

I used to watch this on repeat when it came out, I was 20, and I was just so incredibly mesmerised by her dancing and physique that it motivated me everyday to continue dancing and get fit, to this day it's still so inspiring. Freaken LOVE❤
@@miroljubdjokic4519 it's god more than workouts. she does dance a lot and she does work for her body, but she herself said that it's mostly genetics. this was filmed 4 months after she gave birth and lots of women could work out every single day after giving birth and their body wouldn't snap back that quickly.
