Very nice job. How many delays are you using? Obviously I can see the Strymon and the Roland but is there more? Also what Reverbs please?

I’m using the Strymon and Roland for delays, a Furman RV-1 spring reverb and I’m actually sending to an instance of Little Plate by Soundtoys in the box. The Westfinga Filter is routed via the insert of the return track for the spring reverb. So yeah... 2 reverbs (1 with access to the high pass filter) and 2 delays, that’s it.

@@DMKahn Very nice Sir, very nice. I use a Furman RV-1 too but only in virtual form sadly. I was a bit sceptical of your 'DM' status beforehand I must admit but you are certainly within reach. ( sorry I hope that doesn't sound too condescending, it really isn't meant to ). Love the synth brass lines here too. Peace

Yeah the plucky kinda lead guitar and the synths are actually the guys from Kapu System band in Hawaii. They sent me those and the vocals and I produced the rest. Thanks for stopping by and dropping me a question/comment !!!

@@DMKahn It's no bother. I respect what you're doing. The set-up you have is pretty similiar to the one I would like to get together eventually, 'hybrid' I guess. However I am poor as a church mouse so it's a case of maybe one new piece of gear each year. I definitely think you have the Roots style down man. One Love to you n yrs

@@DMKahn It's not the same as sending master mix to tape. I remember dub being heavily saturated with tape (and may be desk master buss) distortion. I think those classic dub guys seem to not care about levels\clipping at all. But that's just my opinion. Your mix is cool and pristine and accurate, listened 3 times already and enjoyd it.
