All I know is that he is an amazing director, who made a lot of contribution in Bollywood. And there is nothing wrong with nepotism because he can cast whoever he wants to. Nepotism is human nature and doesn't work without talent. Some people are just jealous and they would have used nepotism if they had the chance. Kangana needs to respect Karan, success made her a rude person whereas Karan is still humble despite being a director.
