Thank you both. I've been looking for kumite drills/techniques that I can perform solo since I don't have a partner anymore. These look legit and I'll be trying them in my own training! Osu!

What when I am doing the karate in out footwork...when I am stepping in..should I move with my lead leg or my back leg first? And should I put weight on my lead leg or my back leg?
It depends what you like. Having your weight more in the back can make you explode into anlonger distance but it can take longer because the way is longer. But having you weight in the Front can make you slow backing away. What many japanese fighters do is like a 60/40 of what they like more, sometimes even 50/50. When stepping into distance it can depend. If you want to lure in you enemy you can step with the front foot and keep the backfoot where it is and counter. But if you want gain distance at your strikes it can help to put your backfoot under you hip and then explode outof it. Hope it helps
