@@HeathenRides those were a lot of words for nothing. Nobody really asked about your life history. But you're definitely wrong. You can see a hip movement with every punch. It doesn't have to be exaggerated.
@@EETMySheet yeah he's not a robot but he use only the arms to try to gain power just like the children at shotokan before they understand the mechanics and i didnt expect most people to see that because most people haven't used their lives on sport, most people needs to go trough several types of sligthy related sports to grasp and feel it, it's like pieces in a puzzle which takes a long time to download even for those who started early working with sports and developing young athletes. Their is no kinetic energy /power in this
@@davidbrooks6523 I did because I took for granted that people who hasn't used a lifetime on different sports who use the concept of kinetic energy with slightly different claims in each sport on what the most effective chain is where it start etc etc would understand what it, but it was stupid of me to think words at all would help for someone who hasn't given a lot of years trying to develop the perfect chain of kinetic energy.. My opinion is that the longer chain with as much whip is superior to even have a chance at that you can't use stiff stakkato moves like in such demonstrations but even this becomes long and stupid because words can only make the pictures in your mind that you already have.
@@thorpettis4195 Well i just turned now, and the reason why i because i wanted to do it for my best friend, he died of heart attack before he could turn into a black belt.
Lmao hit someone actually fighting back im a red 3 in tae kwon and i can pronise im not just gonna stand there like the dummy box ill throw a 720 roundhouse with a back pin lmao
It’s good to see basic Karate exercises used by someone who’s in shape. Good video. I’m tired of seeing pot belly Seagal instructors trying to teach others.
The kind you see in the last olympic where the guy that got KO'ed was the one that's given the gold medal?😂 Karate is awesome but olympic karate is a fucking joke
So the first punch in nose makes the opponent loose focus followed by 2nd punch on lower abdomen and a final punch on solar plexus as finisher. Damn that is deadly if you hit hard 😐
When I was in junior high I used this very technique in a real fight against a wrestler. I knocked him down twice when he charged at me to drop me to the ground. The 3rd time he rushed me I did a upper cut full body weight and swing up. I hit him directly into his nose and broke it. That's the last fight I had. I realized just how powerful martial arts is. So yes this technique is very good.
@@seanhickey1999those are not actual punches. Every karate dojo teaches those punches regardless of the style. No karateka would throw that in a fight.
@@seanhickey1999it's not even supposed to be used in a real fight💀💀💀. It's mostly for warmup or to make your punches faster before using them hands.
Just to make things clear for those who think these punches mean nothing , They are used to train your shoulder muscles . even in kumite you won't see these punches anywhere. this is used for focus and strength training.
