I think the Japanese should have won that match. He punched in the French guy's face many times and had an excellent kick in the head.

This is one of the things i dislike in WKF - conservatism of the judges. That's why usually the competitions go with almost no audience.

4:23 if you put in slow motion you can see that Grillon blocked the kick from Araga. 5:30 i agree Grillon didn't protect himself. Maybe the judges thought the technique was to short ?

How did the one in the blue even win!? Blue's early "headkick" was clearly blocked and landed under/on aragas left forearm! And then no points for aragas two clean headkicks?! Straight bullshit!

Blues kick for sure scored although Araga got in many good punches and a kick in the end that shouldve scored.

I can't believe those judges did not score the beautiful Araga kick to the head at around 35 seconds left. Mama mia. 4 blind mice.

Schizo0ol33tKazuka You should watch it closely this time. It was a lovely kick. In point sparring the idea is to make light contact with the opponent.... not club him.

Karate needs a change, I do kumite as well and I have to admit that, Yea the judges are like this for real. + the rules, everytime you hit him light, it doesnt count, when you hit him 1% harder, you get an yellow card. Like.... Bruh
