Great exercises to practice the basics. When I saw this video, I felt at home in the dojo. Just last week our trainer worked on this exercise with us again. Thank you for sharing. OSS 🙇‍♂️

Hello, Mr. Akita, thank you very much for the multitude of videos with great training methods to improve various techniques. I admire your effort and willingness to share your experiences with others. Regarding oizuki, I have one question - in Shotokan karate, we always called it OIZUKI, and it is also referred to as such in the books by Masatoshi Nakayama, as well as in the grading guideline. Now, this technique is called JUNZUKI in the JKA grading guideline. Do you know the reason for this? Otherwise, I wish you success in your life.
