Had the same issue returned it. This product is so complicated to use and you spend so much time trying to figure out how to use it… pretty much walk on egg shells to not make a mistake…
In manual there is informarion to use one tablet on 4l of water. In service they told me first to use one tablet,than said to use 1/2of tablet. Using 1/2 tablet there is less foam. So, I will use 1/2 od tablet for cleaning.
Is this supposed to be some misleading video? Because the handle hasn’t been fixed in place, which also pushes the lid down. And also don’t use very foamy cleaners.
No it is not. I have a problem with machine. Whatever I fixed handle,foam is going out. I do not use foamy cleaners. I need help with this, no brainstorming.
