@@Ifliethe charges would have to be pressed in that jurisdiction. It sounds like this occurred at a layover. It most likely would not be worth the hassle of flying back out there to press charges, then possibly having to fly back to testify if it went to trial.

@@larry01902 It certainly seems to make flying very dangerous for minors that way, don;t airports have caretakers for children. They should have some legal rights to do something about things happening in their own airport, with the evidence they have. Imagine being able to assault a kid because you can get away with it at an airport. Because airport security will do nothing.

Flight attendant, these people have been harassing a minor since the last stop. They've stolen my seat, mishandled my possessions, laid hands on me and threatened me. My dad will sue them and you if something isn't done.
