Dear heaven, what on earth were those parents supposed to do? It’s a sick joke throwing them off the flight. I will never use that airline that’s for sure!
That babysitter is stupid. You don't post other people kids online without their consent. I don't know why she even posted her conversation cause now proof is all over the net.

My understanding. Kids under 2 were not supposed to wear a mask. I am 95% sure I heard that. But parents should have gotten kid used to mask before flight. Everyone knew kids under 5 would not wear masks right. Heck over 80% couldn’t wear a mask correctly for 15 minutes. Many 5 minutes it was below the nose, they were scratching under, there was zero puffing up on exhale, much less sucking in on inhale. I did not see reason for lifetime ban. At most ban until child could wear mask for 30 minutes at gate before flight. Unless more not shown.
I need to be held accountable for others mental illness? Nope. That dude needs to chill. If they are slow making your food. Just how will bothering them, preventing them from making food speed things up? I have found keeping calm. They serve food. “Sorry it took so long, would you like some xyz thrown in?” Just for being polite. Not often. But it has happened. Basic polite can get you free stuff. Plus odds of getting food spit in is much less.

As far as the marble slab customer goes, technically he had the right to be there at that time, but as soon as he was asked to leave he no longer did. People forget that because it's a business it's not also private property. You may have used public property to reach the business , but once you set foot inside the business you're on private property. Not only that but don't be a dick and show up 15 minutes before they're trying to close the store down. Ice Cream is not that special to ruin other people's night and have the police come out when they could be actually saving lives. Plan your time out in public better, i'm so tired of watching people who have no planning skills get pissed off at other people because they won't comply with their lack of planning. And then sit there and try to film it after they've gotten the workers riled up, to create content on social media which takes a little forethought.
