Ultimately, she needs to move to a quieter neighborhood. I can maybe understand it if she works overnights, but at the same time, there aren’t any quiet hours at 1 in the afternoon, in any place in the country. They most likely aren’t going to make a new law or ordinance just for her, and her preferences…

@@organrick for what we heard even if she moved to the mountains she would complain that the trees are making too much noise while doing photosyntesis.

About those health plans, you can also make an appointment to do this at one of their offices if you can get to one. Just make sure to ask how long the appointment is expected to take and plan for it. They are maybe an hour or less if things go smoothly. That may be inconvenient for some but it is better than the problems that she could have avoided if she wasn't so hard headed about the whole thing!

This neighbour just bully. This lady want be quite 1330(1:30pm) because interrusj her quiet time and calming no everyone know after 1300(1pm) because she want quiet.

Noise complaint Karen would lose her mind if she were my neighbor. I'd be blasting my cold war era nuclear bomb siren every day at 1pm. That thing can be heard 5 miles away. 126db @ 100ft

Ah yes. The ear splitting noise of turning pages. It sounds like she cared more about control than noise. Appointed herself queen of the neighbourhood and believed everyone had to obey her.
