Looks like the prosecution is stalling, has no DNA and not sharing discovery but dumping a tonne of info on defence to drown them. I don’t think they have enough evidence against her. Also why would she go looking for him in a blizzard If she killed him? His injuries are not consistent with a broken tail light being the only thing broken. How would he have been hit in the head with the tail light, was he kneeling? Bazaar. Also footage of her backing into a car shows how she busted her tail light.

Different issues, the motions to be provided to the third party were for reference only to whether they’d oppose phone records. This motion was required for her to determine the dismissal, which needed to be filed into The court record. It’s a legal issue not a favouritism thing it isn’t high school.
Just an example/there are many. The lead investigator did not know the people (witnesses) The missing 2 minutes of footage from library camera. Coaching “witnesses “ prior to grand jury.

It’s the prosecution that hasn’t handed over anything. Completely ignored the judges order previous hearing. Evidence has disappeared and still waiting in testing a tiny hair that in the end would mean nothing. Yet another excuse for Lying Lally.
The judge has been completely fair. In fact I think she should put her foot down with what she allows from the spectators. She is keeping this on track to go to trial which is what needs to happen.

✨I'm happy to see folks finally writing about being "disgusted" with KR's defense team and turtleboy with his goons stalking, attacking, and booing the family/friends of Officer O'Keefe. Granted, it took a while, but finally folks are furious! Yes, an officer was killed, murdered the state contends, yet no one seemed to care, until now. KR's persona, her defense team and her "gang" are unflattering to a innocent defendant. She's callus, cold, and enjoys having "others" follow, intimidate, and threaten "witnesses", hence countless of "her" individuals being charged! I'm so heartbroken for officer O'Keefe and his loved one's. I pray they receive the justice they deserve⚖️⚖️⚖️

She’s provably incompetent. She didn’t even know who an important witness in the case was and she let the Commonwealth get away without handling over important information for a year in a half. There were also mistakes in her statement released today.

The case is already a slam-dunk for the Defense based on metric tons of "reasonable doubt" alone. But you can never be too careful. The official corruption level here is off the charts and lives and careers hang in the balance. The prosecution will do or say anything to win... including fabricating fake evidence.
