This case is made a mockery out of our court system however it lets you know that law enforcement sometimes or sicker then the public wants to believe in a using the c word about a woman. I think that if you want to know about the legal system is broken you have to look at the defendant and the accuser you know cops think this about you behind your back you'd really be surprised what the cops really think about us. In my own opinion
I honestly don’t know what to think about this case. One minute I think she’s innocent, and the next minute I think she’s guilty so I just gave up. Whatever the verdict is, I’m sure will be justice and I’m good with that.
She made a tsk sound and raised her eyebrows with “are you kidding me smirk” the juror slip was not appropriate which is exactly why the “judge” fixed it !
At first I was going to agree with her lawyer because it makes sense what he's saying. But you can hear it in her voice the judge wanted to reach out and smack that laugh right off of her face. If justice prevails she wont be lauhing long.

@@missmelissz i have commented many times about how unprofessional it was of Bev to continuously sigh into the microphone. I have commented on Bev throughout the duration of this trail so I’m not sure what your point is. Lally building a foundation was necessary and I particularly feel he did an amazing job throughout this especially on his own with no one to relieve him even briefly while handling over 60 witnesses. Do you think you do better than Lally? He’s actually a phenomenal prosecutor and I take zero issue with him. A bit boring? Sure. Dry and monotone? Sure. But he did his job well and he didn’t miss a trick. I think your comment speaks for itself though, this isn’t about my opinion of Bev, or your opinion of Bev. John was a father/guardian taking care of his deceased sister and brother in laws two children, a son, a brother, a friend to many and an officer of the law who handled some of the most heinous and horrendous crimes against humanity- sex crimes. Have some respect for the judicial system at the very least and acknowledge Karen has none for our judicial system, none for her former boyfriend, and none for his family sitting there watching her sit around like this was a back yard barbecue for the last 30 days. She has continued day after day, to laugh and flirt with her attorney in front of John’s family, she has made some of the rudest facial expressions, including rolling her eyes, snarling, glaring and trying to intimidate witnesses on the stand from her chair. She has smiled, mouthed to her family and make faces to them. It’s disgusting and quite the display of you ask me Thankfully it isn’t your loved one who was left for dead in the cold. You wouldn’t be criticizing the judge then would you, nor would you be siding with the accused killer of your loved one and defending her egregious behavior at their trial. Or maybe you would. Thank God you’re not on the jury …. It’s people like you who receive jury duty papers and that is terrifying to me. Also SHOW PROOF OF YOUR FALSE CLAIM ABOUT BEV.
