I just hope you are wrong. In her position, I would have sweated, checked and sweated some more to produce clear jury instructions and verdict forms. I would want the jury to be able to communicate with the court without any impediment. Effectively, I would be shouting tell me the results of your deliberations, and that all questions are welcome. If she knew, they voted not guilty on two of the charges and didn’t say anything she should be disbarred. The state always should care about only getting to the truth if that truth is ignored is a serious serious abusive power.
This Judge thinks she getting away with this and she just might but in the court of public opinion opinion she is not. If I were a practicing attorney in the district I would not have her as a Judge I would do everything I could to get a different Judge for my client. This is going to have consequences for the Judge.
They could have played it a little smarter (which, from what I read, they are) and checked off the NOT GUILTY boxes as they should have in the first place! It’s not rocket science people. They even had 3 separate pieces of paper representing the 3 counts! 😮🙄 Oh, and I am a Karen Read supporter all the way. Just pointing out the obvious. Guess I know now why she wasn’t acquitted on all 3 counts like she should have been! (Sad)
In order to expose the complete corruption, including Aunt Bev, this needed to happen. It's sad I've been wrestling with how Karen wasn't acquitted. It's all for the greater good. God and Karma always win.
Coffindaffer is so salty about this on her twitter 🤣 The judge needs to conduct a full inquiry of all jurors and if this is all confirmed then she is legally obligated to enter judgment on counts 1 and 3 in favor of Read and against the CW. End of story
The jury instructions and the filling in and handling of the verdict slips are purely administrative issues. The judge has effectively shown utter disrespect for Karen Read by failing to provide clarity to all parties. It represents, at least, appalling error on her part.

If the foreman filled out the forms. Bev should have made sure the forms were filled out correctly by asking questions and sending the forms back to them.
The way she answered the jurors was surprising to me. Come right out directly and say there isn’t one! Be transparent judge. Even to the point if an attorney objecting. Let us know the reason. We all know you’re in charge. Don’t push it.
Hello Lana, I live in CT near Border of MASS. I am so glad that juror A had the balls and clarity to speak up. This is soooo important for all of we people of USA . Our rights are so important to maintain. This sends a clear message to the powers that be, can not get away with violating our rights. Defense team did request that the jury check box slip was confusing but Bangs wouldnt change it. She saud if the answer was no to all 3 than the box of ng to be checked on top. Very smug, and fish lips frown. I would be scared dealing w that judge. She did make it sound like all or nothing for the ng box to be or not to be checked. Mass and Boston rumor has it that corruption does exist. Alberta, Madea . I watched a canadian atty. this Am re this case. He said the reason for new defense atty, that Jackson and Yanetti will be witnesses in the next trial. And a witness cant be an atty in the same case. I hope Bangs is called as a witness. The Forman was an attorney/is an attorney. Because his mom went to my mother in laws this weekend to borrow something and told her a little bit about the case. My MIL hadn’t heard of the trial so it was a short conversation. I so wish I were there. Haha

I remember that! Right before this trial got going. That hillbilly judge in that case was a little too casual for a murder case, but in the end at least he knew enough to follow proper procedures!!!!

They didn't. That was for the other charge of manslaughter. They said not guilty on the first charge which was the most serious second degree murder. Also on the third count which was leaving the scene of an accident. It's still unbelievable because it was proven he was never hit by a car at all.

That's why I oppose our current jury system - I don't trust that 50% of my peers have the ability to change their minds, reason, consider alternate perspectives, recognize their own bias, or genuinely empathize with others anymore. What if bev picked jury foreman before alternates that juror was seated at seat one for the purpose of causing confusion in case of mistrial. Where he would not check any boxes so they could retry on all cases. that not out of the realm possibility. she smiled at him when selected. signal. my experience leading me in that direction.

@truthtransparency you have a wiring issue. I had the same problem. I had to go and take down every detector to find the loose wire. Thank God I only had 5 detectors because the loose wire was on the very last detector I checked... ..😂😂

They did ask that? They asked why there was no check box for the not guilty box and what to do if they wanted to individual select that. It was the juries first question
@@tommyconnolly7749 not sure you can with a mistrial. I’m looking into the law on that.. since she declared a mistrial I don’t think she could have went back and polled. She would have had to do it before she said mistrial if my research is right
@@truthtransparencyI believe if none of the forms were filled out she should have clarified with the Foreman and jury. Then sent them back to fill out the forms. I'm in the Commonwealth of Virginia so maybe it's different here but the judges here make sure about the jury forms BEFORE making any judgement
There should be a form or spot where a hung jury is notated by the jury somewhere, including the charge(s) the jury was not unanimous on. If that were the case, this wouldn't have happened.

Thank you for the tittle. That was the very first thing I thought when I heard about this. That behaviour was enough to prove us all right that she is more then bias!! Think about it. She doesn’t like her her. Easy to say she hates her. I know messed up. But we can tell if you watched the trial and the pretrial hearings. How can she judge this case she doesn’t seem put that aside. And why would she hate her because she didn’t take a plea. If you know anything about the legal system you’d know the crown (prosecution🇨🇦🤷🏼♀️😜) and the judge make you pay when you take a case to trial you have one strike against you before your trial starts it bothers them you are going to have to make them WORK!! Auntie Bev didn’t ask the jury which counts. Because she didn’t want others to know!! It would be very interesting to find out what the judge said to the jury after. Hmmmm🤔
