True he is not driving but if you listened to why he was being asked for ID, it was due to him not wearing a seatbelt. His not wearing a seatbelt was not disputed by the driver, in fact, she stated "but we are in a parking lot." I am, not saying that the seatbelt law is right or wrong but it did give the cop the authority to ask for his ID.

His original reason for stopping her was the window tint being too dark, did you see that tint? it was actually super dark and no way you can see if someone got a seatbelt on or not. You can't excuse this if you actually watch the video and pay attention to what happens. Cops do this all the time.

she should have called the cops on delivery karen for theft of her property she paid for her order for him to take it back is theft the moment her payment went through it was her's he held her order to ransom so when she didn't give in to his demands for money he takes the order back to the store does the store ask why the order is being returned well she wouldn't give me a tip even after i demanded one so i brought it back she payed for delivery and does the karen not get a % of the delivery charge if it's not paying him enough get a better job if he works for the store sue the store and the delivery company for breach of service

That's right. You pay for the service but not the person shopping, loading, and driving to the house. Some people may have lost their job or work that type job due to their health. Since people enjoy the service and don't want to shop themselves, tip individuals for their time. You don't get paid an hourly wage, so if you don't want to tip, get the stuff yourself.
