Not to mention, if you were planning on using your BC to resonate a 6* weapon the rewards on the banner add up to ~5000 BC bringing the *actual* price of the skin down to only 5000 BC (20 pulls worth of BC)

Damn our tsundere engineer became an idol. To me she’s awesome in her Ember frame and her Scire frame. I don’t have her Scire frame unlocked but hopefully I get her soon. I know this coating is next year. I’m gathering BC and Construct Tickets for Lucia next month. I have more than enough for three draws but it’s probably not enough with my luck on drawing.
Not an idol fan, at all, but I do love colorful, and this mixes colorful and smashing things which I find hugely amusing, and since I skipped her on her banner to pull Garnet my plan is to pull her on the basic banner one time S rank selection next year, so the timing works out pretty well.
Im yet to buy a skin in PGR and Im not really into idols either but on the other hand Im a big fan of magical girls so im 100% buying this skin. We need a magical girl PGR crossover.
Honestly, this coating really amazed me and I'm hoping that I can whale during Lamia patch for getting diver Lee, DJ Selena, and Idol Karen! Also funny enough, I pronounced Karenina with how Chinese dub called her.

This skin looks incredible and the fact that its f2p friendly (somewhat) makes it even better. Definitely gonna buy a couple of monthly passes and save those BCs for this, I think it should only take 3 right?

Huh. I was going to try and get Bianca's bride skin. I saw Karen's idol coating a good while ago, but I was convinced that with how gorgeous it is, especially with those idles, it would be RC only. That it's gacha AND for 10k BC only (for a given value of "only")? Sign me up baby! Bianca Abystigma's default coating is crazy good anyway.

Well i think you can get the skin if u play harder cuz alisa is free 21, noctis, alisa we have 3 patches to save if u don't want to start save it right now and skin gacha remains for sometime standart rate up s rank i'll be getting karen at that time but lamia patch is shorter than normal and watanabe is coming so thats a thing to consider

That 2500 tickets from anniv can't be used for Karenina's Idol Coating, because Yellow tickets and Black Cards are two different things and you can only use Black Cards. Now if you're asking "Can I still get Karenina's Idol Coating even if I roll Noan", of course you can. Surviving Glimmer(Noan Patch) is FAR FAR away from Cradle Parade(Karenina Idol Coating patch). However, that means you're gonna have to skip someone down the line to be able to get Karenina's Idol Coating, because it cost 10k bc.
Actually no? The pgr community rarely tell anyone to skip a banner unless its for a character that's focused on guild content or something.... have no idea where you read she's a skip but no, no one recommend skipping her unless you don't A. Like her or B. Have another dark tank.

It should be limited to just the Cradle Parade patch (assuming it comes out during the same patch in Global). It's not impossible for it to return at a later date, but these coating gachas don't tend to return. If it's important to you, definitely plan to grab it when it comes out!
So basically its not really free then if it cost bc.. Not that it matters for me as I don't like karen and skipped this banner, now... if a certain someone else got one.... then maybe wallet-chan would be summoned hahaha.
