Fraudiors as we call them, They seem to think they can go anywhere and do anything with out consciences, They seem to think that they can disrupt the USPS as a 1st amendment audit. If they really have read Poster 7 then they will know they can't do that without permission. That is, record inside the post office.

If he matched the description of a suspect, the police have the right to detain and question him. It's very simple. Mistakes and misidentifications happen, but this sort of stop is not racial profiling because there is reasonable suspicion based on witness descriptions. They are not stopping random black people. I don't know what you want, to make it illegal for witnesses or cops to mention the race of suspects? The police couldn't do their job effectively, but I guess that's what many race activists want.

@@the_ejj that's only in regards to private property like Walmart but the post office is publicly funded which means it belongs to the public and the only way you can be trespassed from public property is if you commit a crime and filming on public property isn't illegal and can't be made criminal as per the Supreme Court

@@lkb-il8iy neither of the above, recording IS the business and it is a protected activity and it can't be considered harassment. I would have to watch the video again but I don't think she said anything to anybody until the postal worker talked to her and was a bit rude first but both parties could have been a bit more professional which is why I like long Island audit because he stays calm and professional while he is doing a first ammendment audit regardless what is going on.

It's frustrating that virtually *none* of these Karens actually got what they deserved. I mean, look at the post office Karen. "Without having the permission of the postmaster, no you can not record anything within the post office. If charged by the feds, the fines can be up to $10,000 and 30 days in federal prison." We didn't get to see that. We just watched the Karen think she got the last word in with the employee.

You can be charged with trespassing on federal property, if you commit a crime and recording on federal property which is public property isn't criminal, in fact its protected by the 1st ammendment of the constitution as well as stated by poster 7

You are wrong. I guess you are someone who doesn’t completely read Poster 7. You MUST get permission from the Postmaster to record in the Post Office. If you people would read ALL of Poster 7 it would save a lot of embarrassment on your part.
