I was iffy about the first time this dance got 40 because I felt it could've been better but today Karim showed that improvement beautifully. The flicks and kicks were all sharp, the spin at the end was flawless this time and it just shows how much he has grown in these weeks! I was rooting for Kelvin to win but honestly would've been just as happy to have seen someone as hard working as Karim lift the glitterball. Brilliant brilliant stuff!

This is even better than the previous version! Karim is so talented and deserves to be in a top musical after this.

MESMERISING, JAW-DROPPING, INSPIRING!! It was definitely one of the best jives EVER!! Both the choreography and the Karim's execution were of a professional competition level! Karim's footwork was absolutely MAGNIFICENT and his hip action during the jive chases was really THE BEST I HAVE EVER, EVER SEEN ON THE SHOW!! It was like watching a true professional ballroom dancer in action. Perfect capturing the essence of the footwork of the jive, TERRIFIC execution and FLAWLESS sense of rhythm and artistry!! This jive had it all!! The incorporation of some ballet steps was STUNNING!! This performance by Karim was the pure majestically gorgeousness of proper ballroom dancing!! He is such an inspiring young man, with a big heart and a sensational dance talent!! Last time I gave him a 10 forb this jive, and once again, it was even more fantastic without the additional dancers... A 10!!!

Amazing!!!! He got better with his kicks and flicks. I didn’t think it was possible since he did so amazing that first around. They didn’t need the background dancers either. Karim was the breakout star here but Amy looked amazing too. Love how her legs look in this dance they deserved all this 10s. I’ve enjoyed watching you two all series long. 💯💯💯👏🏽👏🏽❤️❤️😍😘✌🏽

I didn't think this could have been improved upon after the first time, but I was wrong. This was absolutely phenomenal and he SHOULD have won.

I thought it would be impossible for this dance to get any better ... I was wrong ❤️

Well, I was harshly put down by not giving this a 10 last time (9.5 is a good score tho) But the difference is staggering, the accents are more crisp and staccato and the overall kicks and choreography is much cleaner than a fortnight ago. A worthy 10 from a worthy contestant you’ve been a pleasure to watch all series

After watching this 10 times in a row last night and again just now, I can safely say this was my dance of the series. I don't mind that Kelvin won as he did such an incredible job from a standing start. However, Karim and Amy can rest assured that this dance will guarantee them Strictly Legend Status for years to come! A-Ma-Zing!

Kelvin overall likely deserved to be the King of the Ballroom this year, his consistent performances wowed both judges and audiences week in week out and he had arguably the best female dancer in the whole show choreographing every performance and working to his every strength but, this for me is standout performance of Strictly 2018 and more importantly, the best Jive I have ever seen on the show. It is incredible to think that after Jill and Darren made it famous, Jay and Aliona put a Jive down I never thought would be rivalled and whilst watching this performance for the very first time, I turned to my company and said "This is the one that people will always talk about" Karim brought an unbearable amount of personality to the dance to the point where I found myself rooting for him with every step, when his arms go up at the end its kind of a moment of triumph and instinctively I clapped in front of the television. I got lost in his performance. Karim and Amy's Jive is the benchmark now moving forward. I have to agree with those comments that state it is a better dance without the additional dancers and what is truly incredible is that this was danced so shortly after the first performance however, it kind of all felt brand new and fresh. Well done Karim and well done Amy!!

I remember seeing this dance for the first time. I'd noticed a pattern. Michelle was in the dance-off in Week 8 and was eliminated the next week, against Saffron, who went out the week after. Saffron was against Karim, so I thought he'd go out the next week (Week 11). AND THEN I SAW THIS JIVE

I WILL PUT THIS IN ALL CAPS AGAIN. THE SPINS AT 0:42 ARE LIKE PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. GREAT JIVE SWIVEL AND AMAZING PEACOCK, THE STANDING SPLIT IS LIKE THE ICING ON THE CAKE AND THEN WE HAVE THE FOUTTEE WHICH WAS ALOT LESS BUMPY THAN THE FIRST TIME. THE MUSICAL ARMS ARE LIKE PERFECTION. THE KICKS AND FLICKS WERE MIND BLOWING. I'M SORRY JAY AND JILL BUT KARIM HAS TO BE ATLEAST IN THE TOP 3 BEST JIVES EVER. Predictable choice but completely understandable! Love the song choice and this is definitely his dance, still wished he used less of his ballet experience in pretty much most of his dances (his pirouettes and turning C jumps) Score - 10
