Probably the judge was testing her abilities and finally he conceded for her side of arguments. Also the lady Advocate’s knowledge and grit to stay and say her side before such a formidable judge is simply commendable. She has the qualities of becoming an able senior counsel of high court. I wish her amen, at the same time call for her conscience to stay more with justice rather than mere advocacy.

ಬಹುಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನ್ಯಾಯದಾನ ನಡೆಯುವುದು ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಗಳ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ. ಮಹೋದಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಆಸ್ಪತ್ರೆಯ ಉದಾಹರಣೆ ಕೊಡುವಾಗ ನೀವು ಗಮನಿಸಿ.... ವೈದ್ಯರು ಓರ್ವ ರೋಗಿಗೆ ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಗೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಆ ದಿನ ರೋಗಿಯು ಶಸ್ತ್ರ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗದಿದ್ದುದು ವೈದ್ಯರ ತಪ್ಪೇ...? ಇದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರ ಇಂಗಿತ. ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಮುಖ್ಯ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಧೀಶರು ಆ ಯುವ ವಕೀಲೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದರೆಂಬ ಬಾವ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಣಬಹುದು.
