Bhai nagpur Pune is not a short route. Though it's intra state but regularly it takes 10-12 hrs to reach by train. So it's all good if they give sleeper vande Bharat on nagpur Pune route and another thing is the trains are always jam packed of that route.

Centre already gives enough funds to North, and Eastern Indian states .So it is the mismanagement by the state governments to not use it properly though they are getting much more than they deserve. As far as it is concerned for projects allocation, Gujarat has the best business environment so obviously they will get the projects like semiconductors
