there is cycling lanes in Chandigarh which have been made by painting a white line in the middle of left most lane of a four lane road on both sides. Which is so dangerous for the cycles and technically reduces the road capacity for cars by half leaving only one lane for cars to drive. No thinking in planning. Just horrible. and the temperature of 40 degree makes it horrible to ride cycles.
