The Karri tree (Eucalyptus diversicolor!), a eucalypt which only grows in Western Australia, is one of the largest in the world. Her honey is prized for its delicate delicious flavor, but it only flowers every 7-12 years, making her honey extra special, and has even been described as "the Rolls Royce of honey". Her honey has similar high activity to Jarrah (another Western Australian native) and Manuka. It is difficult to imagine a better tasting honey.
There's a lot of fake honey on the international market, always make sure you buy Karri/Marri/Jarrah directly from Australia.
