Karura Forest, Nairobi, Kenya. Day Hike 

Join me on this beautiful hike through the Karura Forest on the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenyas capital and largest city. This hike goes through all the most popular areas in the park, including the small lake, waterfalls, canyons, caves, and, of course, a lot of beautiful Sub Saharan African forests. Monkeys are commonly seen swinging through the trees in the park as seen in the video and although the area used to have a fearsome reputation for criminal activity, today it is a completely safe and well protected nature preserve!
