In this video I’m putting the SB-C plate up against the OC-B plate, it is said on the website to drop a plate letter down, when switching from the safety bar to the open comb to get around the same level of aggressiveness. In my research, I think that the blade feel ultimately comes down to which blade gap you choose, the bottom plate albeit it OC or SB boils down to what you prefer, both styles shave incredibly smoothly and efficiently.
