For kahwah: - 3 cups cold water - 1 anise flower - 1 inch cinnamon stick - 5-6 cardamom pods - 3 tbs Kashmiri tea - bring to boil - 1/2 tbs baking soda - 1 tsp salt - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - add 2 cups cold water - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - add 3 cups cold water - reduce to 1 cup while stirring - strain kahwah For tea: - boil milk with sugar - add part of kahwah - garnish with sliced pistachios and almonds
