If it were my parents, and I was a kid, they would have gotten a kick out of it, because they would get the joke and I wouldn't have. Either way, I don't see a problem with these. I'm convinced on buying a pair.

Yeah, it is just funny how careful everything is but then we get this. It is harmless and a feature that is easy to turn off.

I think I figured out why they put vibration in the one end. It's meant to mimic Nightwing tasering someone. You hold the stick on the end with the light button as well as push to extend button. And then you push The other end of the stick into a wall or otherwise hard enough surface that the button will trigger. And it looks like you're then tasing that object.

And I mean even that is flawed because most objects the stick will just start to collapse on itself instead of having the button be pressed. So unless you're lining it up perfectly on a wall it kind of negates the purpose.

I think it would have been better if it just came with a electricity/taser sound effect pulled from the video game. Instead of the vibrate feature that's meant to simulate that. Kind of like the animated series grappler. Would have been nice if instead of shooting a short cable. It just had several animated series grapple sound effects

I was Nightwing & went to watch Venom 2 on Halloween 2021 \m/ I saw 1 of these at Walmart a couple months ago & should have bought it, my costume was only $5 \m/ I'm still gonna keep an eye out at Walmart & look online \m/ great video

I bought two for a cosplay and neither one had a working vibration feature. I do think it's necessary for the simulation of the electrification and just felt cheated that both didn't work

Is it meant to only have one side light up when it's collapsed? For some reason when mine is collapsed, only one side is lit up. But as soon as you press the extend button, the other side lights up

After watching your video again a little closer, I see But yours lights up on both ends when collapsed. I can't tell exactly what's wrong with mine. It's like the second it gets attached to the little clip in the center, the one side's light goes out. But if you fully extend it, the light goes back on. So weird

Maybe broom clips for walls. They can be used for light sabers so maybe these too

I got two. One of them works fine. The other one, both sides light up when extended. But when collapsed only one side lights up. It's so weird

These suck. I put the batteries in and the buttons are so hard to press to get them to turn on and off.

Your problem is you're screwing the screws a little too tight and if you loosen them up the buttons won't stick. This is a fine representation of user error.
