Hello! Today, I'll show you how to easily prepare a Kat-Kat Manioc. In Mauritius, cassava is traditionally enjoyed in a beef stew known locally as "Kat-Kat Manioc." Unfortunately, brèdes, commonly used leafy vegetables in the Mascarene Islands, might be hard to find elsewhere. To overcome this challenge, you can substitute spinach or your preferred leafy green.
