Katarina hätte ohne Fleiß und willen diesen Erfolg nicht gehabt.Das manche Menschen neidisch waren kann ich nicht verstehen.Ich habe Katarina verehrt und tue es heute noch.❤
Ich habe sie bewundert für ihre Leistung und habe diesen Neid auch nicht verstanden. Sie ist die Eiskönigin, durch ihren Fleiss und durch ihre Trainerin geworden. Höchste Anerkennung von mir, war richtig stolz auf sie und liebe sie dafür❤❤❤ ....!
Seit ich vor etwa einer Woche ein Doku über und mit Kati gesehen habe, verliebe ich mich glaube ich gerade in Eiskunstlauf! Hat mich bisher nie interessiert. Aber was Kati da hinzaubert, nimmt mein Herz echt gefangen. Diese Leichtigkeit und Fröhlichkeit! Wunderschön! 😍
Ging mir ganz genauso. Durch Zufall kürzlich eine Doku über Kati gesehen und sooo begeistert von diesem Sport neuerdings. Allein die Musikauswahl von Katarina und die Kunst, die sie da aufs Eis gezaubert hat. Wunderschön!!! 😊
@@waterlilly1498 I was talking from a technical standpoint, :) I'd never seen Katarina actually skate a program this difficult, but yeah, I still hold it's a more exciting and complete program than the Carmen one. The Carmen program just has a more memorable "package" to it.
Exactly! Her West Side Story free program is more successful blending technical abilities and content with artistry and storytelling. And then the fact that Katarina hit everything and tried everything only showed that this was her peak. I don't think she felt she could top it.
Maybe she might teach Sasha about how to be a better competitor. What if she were to be Sasha’s coach instead of John Nicks or Robin Wagner...? Because Witt had the experiences and the additional goods.
Раньше были и достаточная сложность и искусство. Все движения соответствовали музыке. А сейчас так усложнили элементы, что для искусства места не осталось. Сейчас: раскатка, подготовка к прыжку, трудный прыжок, вращения. Нет изящества, красоты, задора. Голый спорт. Это уже не фигурное катание, прыжковые состязания,опасные для жизни.
Fabulous long program. Five triple jumps (including the triple loop), good spins & footwork, and good speed throughout the program. Really well choreographed too. Perfect blend of art & athleticism. Beats me why Katarina decided on an athletically watered-down freeskate for the next season.
Jonathan Partridge I don’t think the scratch spin would have fitted anywhere in her carmen free programme. It didn’t have that kind of build up at the finish
@@azbycx56 I think the thing with a scratch is you can get disorientated as to which direction you are facing because of the speed, usually why they are done at the end or if you’re going to come to a complete standstill. Coming out of the layback in 88 she had to be facing the right way for the upcoming step sequence as it covered the entire length of the rink
Katarina won the long and thus the gold. Debi won the silver. Because Debi had a mistake in her short, she was playing catch-up to Katarina here, the reverse of what had happened the year before when Katarina had an error in her short.
I loved the program... but I gotta say, the costume is quite terrible! It doesn't make any sense... it looks like some kind of gothic version of Peter Pan - not West Side Story!!
