This song is about a wife and a husband who lived together and she wanted to test if he was loyal so she set herself up as a women called "babooshka" and when the song says "I'm all yours babooshka " the husband is saying this so basically the husband was unloyal.
Tbh, this is the only slowed down song I genuinely enjoy. Where most slowed down songs don't do anything for me, this song does something powerful to my soul.
I know yall are talking about Yelena in the comments but let me dedicate my comment to just express how sad (for me at least) the meaning behind the song is and just appreciate Kate Bush for creating this masterpiece of a song: “Babooshka” by English singer and songwriter Kate Bush tells the story of a mature wife who is feeling insecure in her marriage. So to ascertain how faithful her hubby is, she initiates a scheme to send him love letters but under the disguise of another woman by the name of “Babooshka”. “Babooshka” is actually a representation of wife’s younger self who she feels her husband would be more attracted to than who she actually is in the present.

As a comment theorist here is my upcoming theory: So “Babushka” is a young made up lady by the wife to “bribe” her husband to test him and his loyalty, She signed the letter as “Babushka” which means grandma in Russian(I see what she did there) so apparently I think the wife was from a Russian family and the husband was an English man that’s why he doesn’t question her odd name, she wrote Babushka as in grandma to say how old she was in these years, and how she looked much beautiful in her younger years(in the start of the song it said “Just like his wife when she was beautiful” and “and how she was before the years flew by”, at least that’s what she and her husband thinks, in the end she tore apart the marriage they had kept for so long by bribing her husband, sinner or later he found out and divorced her or either she divorced him for being unloyal, she found out the husband was obviously into you he women so she arranged to go somewhere to confront him about it.
