In this season of "Below Deck," Captain Lee, Kate Chastain and Ashton Pienaar reunite as a team and embark on an exciting new season in Thailand on mega yacht, “Valor.” With one demanding charter group after another, the crew is tasked with entertaining playboys and party girls this season; but after a shocking departure, the teams must band together to welcome back a crew member from seasons past.

Oh my goodness Kate I love how you picked up that Kiwis are different in general to Aussies. We are often lumped together. I think of them as our Aussie cousins. I love how sassy you are and it's easy to see that you are trained but you also have a natural talent for serving (managing) guests, excursions, staff/ship mangement and you are really creative. I know that you mostly won't read this but I still wanted to give you the recognition you have earned. Xx

Kate is by far, the best reality TV show character that Bravo happened to stumble upon. I can watch all episodes over & over again and still root for her. No one could compare to her level of dedication and focused attention that she puts on the job that makes everyone around her look like annoying minions (with the exemption of Josiah that I hope would someday become a Chief Steward). This is the kind of Master Class that anyone can learn from, if you're open to learning from the Best Chief Stewardess that the yachting industry could hope for, who always goes above & beyond any luxury service are expected to meet.

I really don’t like Kate or Hanna!! In my opinion they think they are the only ones that can do the job. In which they do the best they can but maybe have a different attitude towards people that want to hold that position and want to be you. You can’t mold someone to do what you do unless you learn how to teach instead of telling someone what to while thinking it’s ok to bring undocumented prescription medications on board and you want to talk bad about the Captain about confronting you about it (Hannah)!!

How can someone work as a Chief Stew and constantly talk negatively about the guests, be so bitchy, hardly smile, mistreat staff, and be unprofessional? I wouldn’t work for Kate or go on a yacht that’s she’s on. Captain Lee could have lost charter guests due to them seeing how badly Kate spoke about them. I stopped watching the show after Hannah and Malia were no longer in it. I get that people find Kate entertaining but to be working in the service industry and not be a people person is very strange.
