Besides the fact that people do procedures that look so natural they're invisible to the naked eye, such posts is why I believe her fans don't care about her. Where are the kids? If she's recuperating why all those lies? Nobody has seen her since December. Though we've all seen Charles who was in the same hospital. William only visited once? If it's that deep that she needs all this time to heal why a single visit? These are the questions the fans should care about rather than trying to make every situation "look good".
