Favorite song of Eurovision 2019

This is a winner song (that's my opinion). Kate, you performed it so damn good. Love and support you here from Germany ♥.

Perfect for Eurovision.

For years, I've been telling anyone who would listen that KMH would be a shoe-in to win the Eurovision Song Contest if she had been able to enter with "O Vertigo" - possibly the best song ever to be written and performed by a single person. Kate's incredible voice control is also evident in "Zero Gravity", and should appeal to the Eurovision judges. C'mon Aussie! C'mon, c'mon! I first saw Kate at the 22nd Nannup Music Festival on Saturday 3rd March 2007 - 12 years ago, and she was not well-known at that point. Kudos to Phaedra Watts, the festival organiser for spotting her talent and bringing Kate Miller-Heidke to Western Australia. All the very best for the ESC, Kate!

Awesome Kate! There were only a few in that selection of 10 that would have appealed to the Eurovision audience imo, and yours was one of them.

My partner and I flew across the country to see the final Eurovision Australia Decides session, after discovering the Lyric Video version on Zero Gravity on RU-vid. Fantastic studio set but we needed to see if KHM could pull it off in live performance! And of course she did - technically difficult performance in so many ways, performed with joy and confidence from the top of a pole. Reviewing this live clip against the Lyric Video, loved the added turn at the end of “on the ground” in the live clip, which made both musical & theatrical sense. Other small things: in this Live clip, the last few notes reaching to the top D flat in the last scale of the second verse weren’t as solid as in studio, and the delicious linger on the start of the following downward glissando in the Lyric Video was abit lost, but I am sure no one noticed in excitement of the live performance! I sure didn’t - was too busy screaming. The other thing that the live clip doesn’t convey is the power of the extended standing ovations at the end of both of KMH’s performances at that final session - for those of us in the Hall, the presenters Joel and Myff were mostly drowned out. Bring on Tel Aviv!

Kate Miller-Heidke is brilliant singer! Her voice is magnificent! Although I don’t quite understand why such a self-sufficient successful and talented performer needs a Eurovision contest. In any case, I wish her good luck, because she is gorgeous. But I love her songs more without opera singing. Her songs "Sarah", "Share Your Air", "Ghost", "Humiliation" (and others) are amazing!
