You guys always are top of the game!!! I worked at FEL-PRO back 1988-98 HP for Jerry we had some great times.

The absolute biggest improvement that you could make to the 5.7 Eagle heads, is exhaust porting and polishing. The intake flows only 9cfm less than the heads on the 6.4, but the exhaust flows almost 60cfm less than the heads on the 6.4. Bringing that exhaust flow up is the absolute key to getting the most out of the 5.7 Eagle heads; which already have amazing flow. For example the 1970 426 HEMI heads flow about 300cfm on the intake side. The 2009+ 5.7L HEMI heads flow 331cfm on the intake side!

Could you do magnum r/t heads? I've got a couple sets, I'd let you keep one for r&d, and I would imagine that the results would be similar for the eq magnum heads that are getting popular with the magnum guys.. But with the r/t magnum heads, I've read that the exhaust ports are very similar to the w2 head, and the port work is quiet similar, so you could maybe use a conservative w2 cnc program for the exhaust ports

hey you guys want make another 10 Hp on Average....soften the chamber to a 5 degree angle to the out line of the head gasket. My builder has picked up 2-3 MPH in on track testing with soften chambers on the Eagle head, 1st test was a 6.4 SRT short block with Eagle heads and Comp cams 274 , Eagle auto intake , the 2nd test engine was a 397ci (5.7 stroker) with a different set of Eagle heads with a Howards .600/.600 cam, both engines in the same 05 Dodge ram. both tests picked up 3-5 MPH when tested back to back

Is it not possible to get at least 75% flow rate out of them? Flow rate is about 68% which is much better for the price! Just wondering if you guys could get more.

Do you replace the valve seats as hemis are notorious for dropped valve seats.

For 2005 Dodge Magnum RT 5.7l Hemi Wanted flavor of Hellcat n Demon. Near a stage 2 But not racing it but showboat n lay rubber if/when needed all way down road. More or less going be my show car. At same time? Not wanting it to be racing block n suck gas like a hooker How this head compare to what I said?

It's cheaper to buy 6.4 heads and get close to the same flow, everyone is waiting for you to do some 6.4 heads as CNC ported 6.4s would be the next logical step... just sayin
