After Katelyn Ohashi's perfect 10 a few weeks ago I have started watching some clips of her past routines and one thing I have noticed is that her/the teams coach Valorie Kondos Field not only serves as the head coach but she also plays surrogate mom to these girls. It is obvious the love, concern, and affection that she has for Katelyn. I know the team will miss "Miss Val" when she retires.
OMG. Thank God she is okay! I was shocked when I saw the fall! Wow, she is tough as nails and Such an amazing gymnast to get right back on that beam . She needed to do that's I keep her confidence.
@@pappysprite Based on your “shocked” reaction to her falling, you seem as if you’re new to gymnastics. There is nothing shocking about gymnasts falling. It’s part of the game.

I LOVE YOU KATELYN OHASHI. You are humble,and have a great sense of humor. KATELYN OHASHI will do anything to make the team successful. UCLA is so lucky to have, Katelyn Ohashi on the squad. She is a great, and very athletic gymnast. Thank GOD Katelyn did not suffer a serious injury. I know Katelyn will be successful throughout her life. ok in any other situation, a person landing on their head / neck like that would be made to stay still, be put on a spinal board and taken to hospital for a proper assessment. Seriously WTF? (and no, just because you can get up an walk does not mean you haven't damaged your spine or neck - in fact, doing so, you can cause more damage!).
they really should make sure those beam ends don’t just randomly fall off what the fuck (and also have softer mats because what the fuck is the point of a mat if you can still break your sternum)
