AMAZING RECIPE!!! I have eaten Kathal so many times but always was Karwari style since My mom is from Karwar. We had Upkari, Ghasshi and even Kathal shallow fried. But biryani, not even heard of so far. Chef this is an awesome recipe. I am not sure if I will find Kathal here in PDX. But now I will be on a mission to find if I can get it. Fantastic ❤ 👌👌👌 लेकिन रणवीर, एक बात आप ने बताया नहीं - कटहल एकदम कच्चा होना जरूरी है, यानी बीज के उपर छिलका नहीं होना चाहिए। अगर ऐसा कटहल न मिले, अर्थात उसके बीजों पर छिलका बना हुआ दिखे तो बीजों को अलग निकाल कर दुसरी सब्जी बनाएं या छिलके निकालकर बीजों को वापस सम्मिलित कर दें। ये छिलका पाचनतंत्र के लिए बहुत हानिकारक है। Happy cooking ❤
