I adore my cats, and they are wonderful, affectionate animals to live with. We live in an apartment and don't have an outdoor area, so we take our cats for walks, and they love it. 😻 Give kitties a chance... they're awesome!! 😻

I'm a little sad that Kathryn doesn't like cats. They're lovely companions; they're communal, family-oriented. They're just a little...(and I say this because I AM autistic--) cats are a little autistic. But like human autistics, well worth the little extra bit of attention.
It makes me sad, too, that she doesn’t like cats. I can’t understand people who don’t like cats. I love them so very much. I saw Kathryn’s one woman show at Byrdcliffe in Woodstock, NY, and it was fantastic. But how can she not like cats?!
Kathryn, read a few books about people who have had near death experiences and it may help you believe in the possibility that there is an afterlife. There are many credible ones out there. Eben Alexander a neuro physician, another female doctor who had an NDE during a kayak accident, as well as children.
Kathryn doesn’t like cats because she’s never had a loving, playful cuddly one who lovingly looks into your eyes, waits for you at the window, greets you when you return home…..I used to not like them either until I had them- are not anything like I thought.
I have always, always been a huge fan of Many Patinkin but was sorta led to believe he was an asshole.which I was ok with but disappointing. After watching the video's with his wonderful wife and seeing the humor and love between them and her fierce political opinions(especially after she read the beautiful letter about Ruth Bader Ginsburg) which made me weep ...I realize what extradentary people they are. Makes me sad I don't drink any more cause I would love to sit at a table and drink wine and talk about 'everything' with them. Watching these videos have given me more happiness and joy during these covid moments than I would have ever expected...Goddess bless you both.
I love the factvthat you love each other. that doesnt happen too much any more. i have no idea how long youbhave been married, but it seems to be a long time.
I had an accident and the airbags deployed and scalded my throat and I couldn’t walk up stairs ...years later still feeling results. My seatbelt almost killed me. So I have mixed emotions about that. Airbags about killed me! Now I have to take an inhaler. Nobody knows the dust that comes out, it’s basicaly and explosion with gunpowder. And now you know the rest of the story. You know, there’s no straight forward law, or anything , that is for anyone. I love it when people sit and make their own opinions and judge, when having no experience.
The feeling is possibly mutual. Being open minded is a great gift. There are some brilliant RU-vid videos of people saying they hate cats, then getting to know one. With respect, you may change your mind. But if you don't, that's ok, just sadly your loss.
