Even now, 8 years later from when I first read your book, I'm STILL quoting it and basing so much of my client work on your teachings. Ironic that, at the start, you didn't jump right in even though you said you would. :D Not trying to be critical, but it's something I think RU-vidrs don't understand well, compared to say, public speakers, who often begin with a bang and have much better lead-ins. In film, a related concept it "show don't tell." Food for thought.
