Quite frankly, I don't believe it has anything to do with gender. I do believe, it's the "opposites attract" effect. And, if they're our type physically, we tolerate it longer than we should. Eventually, we grow the hell up and realize the sex, companionship, "fun," etc., just isn't worth the hell these types of people come with.

Narcissist? That is literally Katt Williams. He has cognitive bias and an inflated sense of intelligence. He's literally stating objective facts and everyone is bowing at his feet as though he is the first person to say these things. He's a pseudointellectual, he has a base understanding of a vast array of topics. Everything he says is borderline vague, with no actual meaning. You have him lined up with some guy who is obviously less intelligent, and all it does is create the illusion that he is saying some profound things, laced with wisdom.
