Aleck and Andrea Miller, of Katy, own AM2 Construction and are accused of stealing nearly $200,000 from clients in Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress and Friendswood.

He probably has a felony on his criminal record (as mentioned in the report) a criminal record will stop people with new charges to PR bond themselves out of jail.
