This is a nice presentation - The aerial view of the amenities is pretty nice. Some maps indicating the specifics in terms of distance to Houston DT, Galveston and other popular locations would have been nice. I would like to know when was this video taken? I am buying a house in this community.
@livinginhtx - I noticed one gas utility plant right next to cross creek ranch near Texas heritage and morgan spur drive. For few homes they can see right from their backyard. Will that be an issue to live and then sell that home when needed?
I have a couple of doubts, I really hope you can help me to understand a little better; I understand that Mr. Stan Kroenke owns a ranch called Q Creek Ranch, in several places they indicate that going there, fishing there or doing other things in the place require you to pay; My question is, in the US or Canada can lakes be the private property of a citizen? if he is a billionaire or has a lot of money? (millionaire) I hope you can help me with my question :(
As someone who went to lamar cisd I would say it’s pretty good. I moved to fulshear from Richmond about 10-15 minutes away and the difference really is crazy. Richmond is definitely the older/ “more run down” part if you consider it that and there’s really no where else around the area so everybody is moving to fulshear/katy
