I’m so happy she’s survived everything. Katya and a gem and I find Brian’s story really gives me hope. Like even if you reach your lowest point and all seems lost you can and will dig yourself out and find people who love and accept you.

It’s very interesting to see how much trixies makeup has evolved and looks amazinggg and hear how much Katy’s has become more assertive but still stayed true to her crazy self haha
i like how it makes fun of how much we dramatize nails LOL like theyre meant to protect our fingers, but if you get injured or cant leave plastic laying about for your animal or baby to find, you know you look like a drama queen trying to fix them LOL
@@SaharaKnoblauchit genuinely is, she just phrased it wrong. If you get stuck in paralysis wanting to ‘do something’ (passive challenge, you have something you need/want to do and that demand pressure itself is tripping you up) a hack is to choose to do something else (active challenge). It helps get you un-stuck and feel less overwhelmed. From the outside it looks like procrastination, you’re doing something else right? But from the inside you weren’t procrastinating, you were overwhelmed and stuck trying to do one thing and getting no where, and what you need is some momentum and success from a different task to give you a boost. Doesn’t have to be big, just decide to do something with intention to help get out of the looping thoughts. More Passive than Active challenges = overwhelmed, the more you are bogged down by external demands rather than choosing your own goals the more it creates overwhelm. I bet she heard something similar in therapy (I did) and was trying to repeat it because she’s basically spot on, if you can’t do something do something else (for the purpose of helping you do the first thing you wanted to do but were struggling to start)
Maybe not to you but a lizard I owned who liked to sit on me once refused to leave my chest when I was a kid watching a movie and when I got up at the end it was dead :scream:
I had a neighbor whose kid was friends with my sister and he caught a lizard and beat it to death. We looked at it and then buried it with a twig cross 😃
5:30 one time I locked myself in my bathroom with provisions for 3 hours, including a portable DVD player so I wouldn't get bored, just so I didn't have to go to soccer practice

Katya has changed so much after her recovery. It’s a great change though. She still has that Katya energy, but became much more chill. Even she has said it herself.
